Statute Order

The intention of IIUPM Constitutional University

Constitutional University is set up based on Article 30 (1) of the Indian Constitution.registered in Kerala Government under central act 1882. Other than the trust there other separate criteria for setting up this University.

The course syllabus for this University is as follows.

Course structure for Christian & Islamic scholars to build a society based on humanitarian equality put forward by the Indian Constitution.
The course and training techniques for the upliftment of Dalit and Adivasi Communities based on constitutional University.
The course and training to make Christianity liberal from its current conditions internal riots, the caste system.
Courses and training methods for well developed India based on constitutional Sociology and politics by studying the relation between Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar and Islamic scholar Hasrath Mohani
To Conduct Programs for higher studies and research in Prophetic Medicine, Islamic Psychology, Islamic Sociology, Islamic Engineering
To Improve the political views of Islamic and Christian community from an ordinary viewpoint to a quality stage
To activate programs based on Indian knowledge areas of Prophetic Medicine as a research topic for Islamic Scholars & Doctors

CUG

Constitutional University Grade

CUG is an excellent educational concept formed from a conference held at 2nd May 2019 organised by Constitutional University Trust

The participants are
1.Central Government notaries
2.State Government notaries
3.High Court lawyers
4.Institutional law researchers
5.Academic Experts.

Constitutional University is the University which stands over and above UGC. It is an independent body.

UGC passes the bill in parliament and establishes Universities, but The Constitution directly empowers this University.

The UGC itself acknowledges that these are degrees that do not require the approval of UGC or other educational agencies.

UGC degrees can be canceled either by assembly or by parliament.

Constitutional University Grade (CUG) degrees cannot be canceled by this.
